Readings are digital content created individually for you and delivered immediately after purchase.

EU right of withdrawal

By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the reading has been generated (§ 356 (5) BGB / Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive).

When we refund anyway

• Your reading could not be generated and retrying does not fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading.
• Something else went genuinely wrong — write to [PLACEHOLDER: contact email] within 14 days and we will find a fair solution.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
