Readings are digital content created individually for you and delivered immediately after purchase.

EU right of withdrawal

Before payment, you must expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once generation begins (§ 356 (5) BGB / Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). We send confirmation of that consent by email.

When we refund anyway

• Your reading could not be generated and retrying does not fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same reading.
• Something else went genuinely wrong — write to the operator contact address once configured within 14 days and we will find a fair solution.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
