These terms govern your use of Northstar (operator details pending configuration). By purchasing a reading you accept them.

The service

Northstar creates personalized astrology readings from the birth details you provide. Each purchase entitles you to one reading, which is generated once and remains accessible to you afterwards.

For reflection, not advice

Readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are interpretations of astrological symbolism, not statements of fact, and are no substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on a reading.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you enter are accurate, and that you are permitted to share any other person's birth details you provide.

Delivery and availability

Readings are generated within minutes of you completing the birth details. If generation fails, you can retry at no cost; if it cannot be completed, we will refund the purchase.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

We begin producing your personalized digital content only after you expressly request immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once generation begins. We confirm that consent in your purchase email. This does not affect your statutory remedies if the service is defective or is not delivered.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Governing law

Governing law pending configuration. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
